What if my dog won't eat them?
Most dogs take them straight from your hand - they are a soft chew, not a tablet, and they taste great! If yours is the exception, the 60 day satisfaction guarantee covers it. Email info@tailkind.com and we will refund you in full.
What quality control measures are in place for Tailkind?
Our supplements are produced in a GMP+ (Good manufacturing practice) certified laboratory with stringent testing of every batch. We undergo regular independent inspections to maintain certification for quality and safety standards.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days.
How long does a pouch last?
Every pouch holds 60 soft chews. At two a day - the dose for dogs over 10kg - that is a month. A dog under 10kg takes one a day, so a pouch lasts them around two months.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account page. You can pause, skip, change how often it arrives, or cancel outright. Changes take effect from your next scheduled delivery. No cancellation fees and no lock-in period.
What if it is not right for us?
You have 60 days. If you do not see a difference in your dog's comfort, mobility or wellbeing, email info@tailkind.com and we will refund you in full. Refunds are processed within 5 working days.
