30-Day Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at hello@tailkind.com with your order number.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we'll process your refund within 5 working days.

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We're confident your dog will love TailKind. If you don't see a noticeable difference in your dog's comfort, mobility, or wellbeing within 60 days, we'll give you a full refund — even if the bag is empty.

No fine print. No hoops to jump through. Simply email us at hello@tailkind.com and we'll process your refund. No return of the product is required for satisfaction guarantee claims.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost — no need to return the damaged item.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of approval. Please allow an additional 3–5 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. To swap a product, return the original within 30 days and place a new order.
