Delivery Options & Rates
- Standard delivery - £3.99. Royal Mail 48 hour tracked, arriving in 2-3 working days. Free on all orders over £30.
- Priority delivery - £4.99. Royal Mail 24 hour tracked, arriving the next working day after dispatch. Choose it at checkout.
- Subscription orders ship free, regardless of order value.
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. Delivery times run from dispatch, not from when the order is placed.
Where We Deliver
We currently ship to UK addresses only. That includes PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to remote areas may take an extra 1-2 working days.
Tracking
Every order is sent on a tracked service. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than three working days, email info@tailkind.com and we'll chase it for you.
Returns & Refunds
Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on every Tailkind product, subject to the conditions set out in that policy.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of approval, plus 3-5 working days for your bank to process.

Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel a distance purchase for any reason.
