Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping on all orders over £30. Orders under £30 are charged a flat rate of £4.99.

Subscription orders always ship free, regardless of order value.

Delivery: 2–3 working days (UK mainland). Orders placed before 2pm on working days are typically dispatched same day.

Coverage: We currently ship to UK addresses only, including PO Boxes, BFPO, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, and Northern Ireland (delivery may take an extra 1–2 working days for remote areas).

Returns & Refunds

30-day returns: Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

60-day satisfaction guarantee: If you don't see a difference in your dog's comfort or mobility within 60 days, we'll refund you in full — even if the bag is empty. No return required.

Damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Refund processing: 5 working days once approved, plus 3–5 working days for your bank to process.
