All subscription orders ship free, regardless of order value — because your dog's health shouldn't come with hidden costs.

Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch. Orders placed before 2pm on working days are typically dispatched the same day.

You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.

We currently ship to mainland UK addresses only. We're working on expanding to international delivery — if you'd like to be notified when we ship to your country, drop us an email and we'll let you know as soon as it's available.

Yes, we ship to PO Box addresses and BFPO locations within the UK. Delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, and Northern Ireland is also available, though delivery may take an extra 1–2 working days.

Every subscription order ships free, no matter the order value. Your supplements will be dispatched automatically according to your chosen schedule — so your dog never misses a dose.

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. No lock-ins, no hassle.

We take care to package every order securely, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost — no need to return the damaged item.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you'd like to return an unopened, unused product for any reason, simply contact us and we'll arrange a return.

Once we receive the item back in its original condition, we'll process your refund within 5 working days.

For convenience returns (changed your mind), return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.

For damaged or faulty items, we'll cover the return shipping cost or simply send a replacement — whichever you prefer.

Once we've received your return (or approved a satisfaction guarantee claim), we'll process your refund within 5 working days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 working days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, simply return the original item within 30 days and place a new order. If you're unsure which product is right for your dog, get in touch — we're happy to help.

Our supplements are made with natural ingredients and are generally safe alongside most medications. However, if your dog is on prescription medication, we always recommend checking with your vet first — particularly if they're taking anti-inflammatory drugs or blood thinners.
